Hi Anne,

Just a quickie to say that my neck is almost completely better, just a bit of numbness now and again (which i think is to do with my sitting position!) so thank you very much once again!

I am stunned by the effectiveness of the 3 new symbols, I only need to think of reiki and my hands feel like a blow lamp (in fact it is going now just writing about it!). I feel so much more confident with using reiki so confident that I even want to offer healings to friends who dont know that I have been doing the courses!

Still off the meat, caffeine, and for the time being at least the alcohol and feeling brilliant now I am not tired all the time...just the nicotine to go!
