What is Reiki good for?
Reiki therapy is great if you need to relax, are stressed about life, work, family, finances are "stuck" and need a new direction, but don't know how to go about it. A reiki session is totally relaxing, helps unblock energy on the physical, mental, emotional and spirital levels.
A reiki session can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes. If it is your first time, I recommend a 30 minute session. Reiki is not a believe system, you just relax and allow the energy to flow. You are in total control and can stop the treatment at any time.
Reiki is not suitable during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Who can have a Reiki therapy session?
Reiki therapy is suitable for everyone, from mums to be, their unborn babies love reiki. The whole family can benefit from regular reiki sessions. Babies with colic, mum's stressed out, dad's with too much on their mind, overworked business ladies and gentlemen. I have clients from all walks of life who find regular sessions of 30 minutes top up their energy, and release a the stress so they can enjoy life more fully.
